This is one of the best chocolate recipes I've come across.Chocolate Orange TartIngredients:ALMOND CRUST:1 1/2 cups toasted almonds1/4 cup packed brown sugar1/4 cup flour1/4 cup melted butterProcess almonds and brown sugar in a blender or food processor. Mix the almond/sugar blend with rest of ingrediants. Press mixture in bottom and 1 inch up sides of spring pan and back at 325 for 15-20 minutes until brown. Let cool.FILLING:3/4 cup whipping cream6 ounces dark and/or mild chocolate2 tablespoons orange liquor (optional)Orange MarmaladeIn a small sauce pan, heat whipping cream to simmer, constantly stirring. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate and liquor (can be any flavor actually)Let cool, but still able to pour.In meantime, coat crust with a thin layer of orange marmalade. Pour in chocolate and refrigerate for several hours until firm. And there you go.

Sharon: Susan is really fantastic, isn't she?Yes, I do think of my subscribers as friends so I try to keep that in mind when I do the vlogs--try to make it more personal. And yes, give the recipe a try. I think you'll like it.

Great video! I love that you're just talking to friends - that kind of a feeling. Found you through Tunisianswife and will keep watching your videos! I may have to try that recipe, too...

Brad: Ah, the dirt of my life :) As far as meat, I've just now gotten to where I can handle raw chicken without thinking anything of it. Hamburger on the other hand, not quite. So IF I ever cook the hamburgers, there is no forming of the patties, we just have crumble burgers. So Shawn makes the hamburgers--and they have to be well done also.

Eva: Yes, I do not want to shame myself on youtube. You got your degree in photography? How cool is that? Very, I might add!

Karen: LOL at Yoda! I guess sounding like him is better than looking like him. That would be tramatic for everyone involved if I just started transforming into him after getting frustrated. Way to scary...

Ruthe: No thank you very much! I do not like liver. I will not eat it in a house, I will not eat it with a mouse.Coffee is just comforting. Something about it that just makes me feel all good feelings.

Joanie: After I saw your vlog yesterday, I went right over to his vlob and also checked out his website. It's all very cool. Thanks for posting the questions. It definately makes vlogging easier, especially when I don't have anything on the agenda to talk about.

Beth: Yes no nastiness in meat. There's a very popular seafood place here call the Crab Pot where they bring the food in a huge bowl and just dump it on the table that's covered with butcher paper. It has potatoes, crab legs, corn on the cob, lots of goodness. Well, after they brought it out, it had whole crawdads in it and that was it for me. The menu also said 1/2 lobster and the lobster was cut right down the middle. Needless to say, I didn't eat very much that night.
